Hi All,

I just got the results of my 3 month thermography follow-up. My first therm showed suspicious findings on my left side. Went for an ultrasound, which was totally normal. Now just had another thermography, where heat has expanded and additional areas of concern showed up. Also, my breast is often sore/painful, etc. Recently has seemed a little swollen.

I have been dealing with major dental issues/jawbone infection, etc. on my left side. I thought perhaps the infection was draining through the lymph system and perhaps causing the mild swelling. I'm seeing bio dentist this week (hopefully I can get in today) and will discuss further.

Any ideas on where to go and what tests to do for best breast evaluation?

MRI's, from what I understand, often show a lot of false alarms. Ultrasound is not very thorough. And mammos have their limitations, especially with dense breasts (like mine). Plus I hate the squeezing and radiation. What to do?

Thanks for any thoughts.
Tammy

I don't have any advice Tammy. I wish I did.

Just a big hug and well wishes for you!

Are you totally caffeine free? I had to go off caffeine for tender breasts. Makes sense that maybe the the dental/jaw might contribute to the breast issue.

My friend insisted on the MRI since she has family history of breast cancer. She had already had the mammogram & ultrasound for years..she just felt that she HAD to have the MRI. It does show things that may be in deeper than the other tests show. For her .. she is very happy that she did. She did have a mass thout couldn't have been seen any other way.

Thanks momlyme and lilacs. Yes, just recently cut way back on my morning tea (one of my favorite things). May consider doing an MRI. I'll be speaking with the doc who did the thermography tomorrow. I'll see what recommends.
Thanks.

I would suggest learning about the Gerson Therapy. They claim to have an 80% cure rate against most forms of cancer. Plus it's obviously very protective and preventative as well.

If you are not willing to go "all out" on the entire Gerson therapy, I would still highly recommend you do at least the coffee enemas part. It's super easy, very cheap, and it kills cancer cells like there ain't no tomorrow!

I apologize if you already knew about all this stuff beforehand. I see you've been here much longer than I have, and you have way more posts.

I hope you don't have anything serious!

My friend had painful, lumpy breasts and took Evening Primrose oil, which completely alleviated the tenderness and pain.

I don't have any suggestions on testing...sorry. [Frown] I just read something about bartonella causing lumps in the breast tissue. Do you have bart?

Hi Tammy, I really hope for you this bio dentist knows his job.
Make sure you have no root canals, or cavitations left, because these can cause this kind of trouble.

A little more about the root canal:
"As far back 1908, microbiology researchers from Mayo's Clinic and from the dental association at the time found that bacteria and their toxins from root canals could enter the blood stream and travel to any point in the body, and generate disease to that tissue or organ."

Tammy,

I'm so sorry you have this additional worry on your list. As I'm sure you know, the practice of our mutual bio-dentist also does thermography.

Could you send them a copy of your scans and get a second opinion on next steps?

I wish I had more to say...but I've only had one breast thermography and it showed LOTS of heat and inflammation. What did the actual report say?
