Co-Q10 makes me very, very nauseated. It's a known side-effect some people experience.
Fish oil - if it is really rancid, then I could see where it might do this... Try a different batch or brand maybe...or try enteric coated fish oil so it gets past your stomach before it opens...
Also, if you have gallbladder problems and eat something high in fat, it could cause nausea/reflux/vomiting.

I use a top fish oil and have a great stomach.
No matter what the fish oil always produces some slight reflux.

Are you taking a different brand??
I take Carlson's fish oil and have never had a problem. Someone posted that you can put them in the refrigerator to reduce stomach upset.

By any chance, could you have developed a food allergy to fish or seafood?
I developed food allergies suddenly a few years ago & my main symptoms were severe indigestion, nausea, vomiting & lots of burping. I had blood work done last fall & was IGe+ to multiple foods. I blame it on the LD that has damaging my immune system.

Could it possibly be the carrier oil in the CoQ10 (since you infer that TuTu has the fish oil from the same batch)?
I used to have issues with fish oils - and I suspect they were all rancid (from the processing).
I switched to Omega Brite fish oil (OmegaBrite's doctor-formulated 7:1 EPA to DHA ratio provides 70% EPA), referred here by many, and not only did my total cholesterol go down, I have not had a since incidence of burping/reflux from it.
barb-last night b4 bed i was thinking about allergy...the throat sensation was scarey...i had anaphlactic shock once...
but as i drank a lot of water and then milk it seemed to get better
i am better this morning-but scared to take either pill
they cost so much too
i will take one at a time and se how i do..but not for a few days. i get to see my sons tomorrow-i don't see them much. they come to vacation in maine once a year...
thanks for your help-i'll probably be back after i experiment again

i have gerd i think my digestive enzymes make the acid reflux less severe for me

maybe it's the ubiquinol?

Fish oil is notorious for doing that. Try krill oil instead. It is absorbed much better anyway, and there are no mercury issues.
