Just wondering if anyone takes both of these together I just started taking relax max and I think its helping already I did however take a xanax to make sure my commute went smoothly... thanks

My husband uses "Nerve Blend" by Solaray. I'd like to see what is in the relax max. Thanks!

I think he has tried GABA .. nothing much ... but I know that theanine is supposed to be good and the mix sounds promising!
