Want to try some binders since I have not done any detox outside of lemon water which I actually love...
So where can I get it and which brand (safe and not from Japon)
What is the dose? With or with out food? Pill, Liquid? Best time to take (with abx ok)?

I got mine from Biopure. Dr. K. said to take up to 60 a day 4 doses 1/2 hour before meals and one before bed. You have to take it at least 2 hours away from abx. I take my abx with food, have to or else my gut goes bad. I am taking a dose of 20 in the middle of the night when I get up to use the bathroom, and another dose of 20 mid afternoon. I just started yesterday. Prior to this I used charcoal and apple pectin.

Biopure does get their chlorella from Japan. They said that they have a 1-2 year supply from before the disaster.
Personally I don't know if I trust any of these companies. They all say that they have a one or more year supply left of pre disaster chlorella. Not sure if I trust that or not.
So it is definitely up to you.
Right now I haven't found any chlorella that isn't sourced from either Japan or China which isn't all that far away as far as the radiation is concerned.
I did contact HealthForce Nutritionals about their chlorella and even though it is also grown in China they are the only company so far to flat out guarantee that their chlorella is not contaminated. Here was their reply to my e-mail.

They did attach a copy of their latest batch test results. Not that they couldn't write whatever they wanted on that report that they sent.
Anyhow...with that said I still haven't purchased any chlorella. For now I am using spirulina. I would however like to go back to using both chlorella and spirulina.
I haven't felt comfortable enough yet to buy any chlorella but at this point in time if I had to pick one it would probably be the HealthForce Nutritonals one. Their company has had a good reputation in the past.
So that is my 2 cents!

I totally trust Dr. K's company, I think this guy is pretty much a saint. Philly, I am taking tablets, they are little. Yeah, it's 4 doses of 15.

I just reread the info from the conference and it says 20 caps 3x a day 1/2 hour before meals. I'm glad you mentioned that because I went and took another look at it. I read the 4 doses somewhere, maybe for metals? I dunno.

I'm taking Biopure brand chlorella vulgaris. I started at 10 tabs 3x/day, and increased slowly so that I'm now at 20 3x/day. This is because I'm really needing a lot of help detoxing.
My doc said that that the max daily dose is 90, which would be 30 3x/day. She has me increase to that if I'm having a major reaction to something and need extra support -- then I back down again to 20.
She said that I can take it anytime, but the best benefit is to take it 30 min before a meal. I'm not on antibiotics, so can't comment on that. Good luck!

I need a little help with this timing thing. If it needs to be taken at least two hours away from abx, and 30 minutes before a meal I can't figure out how to get it in. I have to take abx with meals.
One more, I take my soil based probiotic at night so it has time to stay in there, but am told its best to take the chlorella at night too, won't it just grab up that also?? So confused.
I'm trying all the other detox methods and nothing is working, sooo sick. Thank you for any guidance.
