I have horrible facial/tooth pain. Nothing has helped decrease this pain for me. I was reading about oil pulling to bind and pull toxins from the mouth.
Has anyone done this? Will it help me with tooth pain? I have been oil pulling with coconut oil for the past few days.

Yes, I do it whenever I have mouth problems. It's almost miraculous how therapeutic it is.
I think it's also very good for thrush, tooth staining, parasites, etc.

Yep, I use coconut oil. Took about a week for it to help. Also made my teeth whiter. Love it!

hey runnergirl!
oil pulling is a great safe detox for body and teeth, really wonderful, i've been doing it for 5 or 6 years, never miss a day, never will. my teeth are very healthy because of it, but i do it even more for the body.
try to read the russian doc's origional literature on this, i stick to sunflower oil. i follow his protocol.
another thing you might consider is rinsing with himalayan or real salt as part of daily brushing.

Hi - I do this with sesame seed oil - it takes away gum pain for me - and so easy to do - just swish around in the mouth for 20 minutes and spit out - only drawback is that you can't answer the phone during that time...
