Since yesterday, I have been having weird red streaks(some tiny and some up to a few inches long) appear on my hips and lower back. But they literally disappear within minutes. By the time I go to get my camera to get a picture they're gone, but they keep reappearing in different spots.
Does anyone know if this can be bartonella? From everything I read the rash lasts longer than that.

I had some disappear quickly also. Not sure if it was minutes, but they were not there later in the day. I thought that maybe I had seen something that wasn't really there.

My wife recently had the same thing happen, she developed the rash that looked like a cat scratched her and a hour later it was gone
This has happened to her a few times in the last week and she also has the tiny red blood spots at about 15 places on her body
I Have the same thing with the tine blood spots
I had the same question and wondered if bartonela rashed could appear and disapear and mirgate to other places on our body
Yep! They come and go. Sometimes gone w/in minutes sometimes hours. I never had them longer than a few hours though. It's weird though one minute my back is covered with these strange looking rash and minutes later my skin is completely normal! Clearly Bart is still a big issue for me. I'll get to them soon!

I just have the tiny red spots on my stomach and arms. The only time I might see a rash is after a shower.

Yes, that's Bartonella to a T.
Streak shows up - lasts maybe 5 minutes.
I would get them on hips, shoulder, chest, calves, feet
