I know it's not the soap or water temperature. How do you know it its from the abx, die off, yeast, bacteria, etc???

Maybe you need to get a shower filter to get rid of the chlorine. Perhaps you are reacting to the chlorine? I really don't know - just a thought.

I agree about the water filter - I bet it would really help. Infr red sauna really helps, too. When using both I no longer have itchy skin.
Could be parasites, too.

I have the water filter... so I know for me it's not the Chlorine. But each time I get out of the epsom bath soak my Bart Rash comes out for about an hour with out fail. This is when I lather coconut oil all over... I don't know if that helps or not. But clearly my Bart is a big problem for me right now. I have no idea why it comes out after my bath though!

That use to happen to me. I forgot all about it till I read your post! I'm not sure what was the culprit in my case but definitely not product or water related but infection/skin sensitivity related somehow. I'm thinking maybe toxins?....but from which infection I don't know.
