I came down with a virus that's going around in my office. The symptoms that others have is diarrhea, fatigue, low fever, eyes feeling heavy. I went home yesterday with these symptoms. Since then, my lyme and babs symptoms have gone thru the roof! I am so much sicker than the others that have had it. Not sure if I should back off on my lyme meds or take them, because I feel like I'm going thru a major herx.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

My kyme doc told me to back off the meds when I had a stomach/intestinal bug. He said it's not going to do any good if it's just coming back up or going right through you, plus it's very caustic on your stomach to do that when you're sick.
I would say give yourself a few days break, till you're sure the virus is gone,
Drink lots of fluids to keep hydrated and to flush out the virus.

I get really, really sick from any virus too! Sets me back for weeks.
