The CDC just released the 2010 figures.

The first link on this page is to the national list (all states- all reportable diseases).

There is also detailed Maryland information posted here, by county. Will work on other states when I have t-t-t-t-time- yeah, right- HA!

What a joke!

Just told by an Infectious Disease Duck on Wednesday that Lyme is only in 3 states! Never Ga and never in the south.

I know they hardly seem worth it, but that's when you print this out and mail it to them with a little note saying to "wise up".

@2roads, I will and also will include the article from "the Hill" today, about the SC Congressman being treated for Lyme after doing yard work last week.

This duck said Maryland, Maine and CA were the only 3 states with Lyme cases. Really sad!

I'm laughing - well, guess as a Californian, we should feel so honored at the duck's recognition of Lyme and co-infections spreading head to toe in this state.

I think the duck's state is Catatonic.
