when i yawn the back of my thighs vibrate for a few seconds. its very weird. any one experience this?

I have not experienced this or heard of it before.
When I am lying in bed at night and I swallow I have what feels/sounds like tiny bubbles that start near the lower part of my throat and move to the area just above my Adams apple. I heard this in my wife a few times too, but I never asked her about it.
I wonder if this is something similar.

i was having spasms because of low magnesium. probably due to lyme.
