I need some advice on some pain relief. I don't know how much more I can stand being on my feet. They hurt so extremely bad the Neurontin is not helping at all. I use a bottle that is frozen to roll my feet on because it soothes it for a minute. I can not walk on my feet and I am not talented enough to walk on my hands [Smile] Its not funny at all I don't know what to do, they hurt so much I cry. My LLMD says all she can do is increase my dose of Neurontin. She says the Bart is causing it and there is not much she can do except treat the Bart with antibiotics. The pain has almost made me fall because I can not put pressure on the bottom of my feet. This is ridiculous. I hope someone has some advice for me please.

Is it possible for you to see a pain specialist?

I don't think I could survive without my pain doctor. She doesn't know anything about lyme, but she is understanding and really wants to help.

Maybe you could try a stronger pain medication, just until you get the Bart under control.

You need to take somthing for bartonella. Can you rub oregano oil over the foot to at least reduce it there .

I used to be like that a few years ago.You need to try a VERY HIGH DOSAGE -PULSING of bartonella treatment.Like Dosages of HH and/or OREGANO oil in one day only just to reach the exstremeties.

Bart is no joke.

What are you taking ?

When you start the medication and you are ramping up but feel the exstremeties are not under control you can PULSE high dosage just to calm it down. They are running from the gut in exstremeties .

Only pulsing at least once , do it to see the reaction.I used to be on tears and is not easy to eradicate BART .I hope you are not heavy weight that it will make it worse.

I had pain like this in my feet. Bartonella treatment greatly reduced it and then treating Bart & Babs at the same time took it away completely. I have normal feet again - yeah!! [Big Grin]

Vit C IVs control this pain for me, but if I get off them too long it just comes back. I'm using it as a stop gap while I deal with metals and parasites, and then I'll go after the infections. Actually, I think the C could be targeting the infections, but I'm not sure. It also could be just bringing down the inflammation temporarily. Either way, it's pretty expensive, but without it, I find myself in tears just walking to the bathroom. For me, it really helped when I could IV 3 times per week. Once I get a little better, I can back off to once or twice per week. Hydrogen peroxide IVs have also helped.

try LDN ...it cuts the nerve pain in half once you get on it..You cannot be on any pain opiods though..Start at a lower dose not at 4.5..Everyone's body is different.
