I heard magnesium is good for the fight, but not oral. How else do you get it if it's not OK pill form.

And what is good for//what can it mess up????????????????????????????????/ [confused] [spinning smile]

Warning before anyone tries transdermal mag:
I really wanted to do this, but it feels super gross on my skin. I don't do it anymore. I have FOUR bottles of the stuff, and for me it was a waste of money.

Please try it out first before you spend money.

Also, don't buy the expensive stuff. I've bought a $30 bottle from Amazon, and then a $12 bottle later. They're exactly the same thing.

AFAIK, they all use the same ingredients, and they are all the same concentration. They all brag that they get their mag from the best sources, but they all list the same source.

I've been using the transdermal magnesium for almost a year now.

James is right, it is kind of gross on the skin. However, I apply it first thing in the morning, leave it on while I have breakfast and then shower.

I think it has been a great help in raising my magnesium level.

Oh that's good to know... I will try LymeGoAway's approach. At this point I'm willing to try anything to feel my leg again. Just as long as I don't have to swallow another liquid! Yuck!

I found Mg oil produced intolerable itching, and was expensive. I made topical cream over the weekend using Epsom salts per Dr. Myhill's recipe. Cheap and no itching!

I hear ya! I had to walk away from the Infrared Sauna thread too! Just when I thought ok, I get it... I know which one to order and then I see something that said something else is bad. Then my anxiety level start to rise and I just can't think straight anymore!!

I wonder if its that pills work better for some, powders work better for others, drops work better for the next one,....... etc, etc, etc.

And, of course, every company will say their version of a product is the best!
