My Thyroid is swollen. My PCP said I may have an infection in my thyroid gland and did a blood work Yesterday.

I had an underactive Thyroid problem 8 yrs ago & was on a very low dose of medicine since then.

I am pending results on Babesosis & coinfection. My LLMD started me on Zithro & Mepron A few weeks ago.

Over the weekend I feel worse, Thyroid enlarged & pain & some weakness.

My veins feel as though someone is sticking needles in them & they pop out & hurt very much.

I am very itchy.

Am I having a reaction to the medicine?

Is this the medicine working thru my body?

This is all new to me. I'm waiting for a call from my LLMD.

A couple things come to mind..

First, an increase in cortisol can give you the sticking needles and fatigue.

The itchy feeling could be a reaction to the medicine.. It could also be an increase in toxins from the die off of Lyme and Co's.

Try to detox whatever way is feasible. You could also try changing your PH level since I have noticed acidity can lead to itching.... in my case. Try some Alka Seltzer Gold.

Most thyroid problems are caused by iodine deficiencies. 95% of us have iodine deficiency.

100 years ago even the mainstream doctors used to use iodine to CURE hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and thyroid goiter.

Now nobody knows about it because the FDA and Pharma tell everyone (even the doctors) that it's dangerous.

Even many LLMDs don't know the importance of iodine. It greatly boosts the immune system, and prevents many types of cancers.

Please watch this short video clip:

I think everyone should watch that, because it affects all of us.
