I started thinking maybe the reason I cannot get rid of parasites is the fact that I am being reinfected.

I just read that sheets should be changed daily and rooms vacuumed daily as well. I had no idea.

Any other tips I should be following to avoid reinfection?

I think daily washing and vacuuming is overkill. The parasites I had were foodborne. Our body's immune system is lowered, so we are more prone to them.

HCL supplementation during meals can help prevent re-infestation if the problem is low stomach acid. The stomach acid is supposed to kill the larvae, but if yours is low, then the larvae lives and grows. I do have a problem with low stomach acid.
