Does anyone know how much (out of pocket) it would cost to be on IV Clindamycin? Also is it possible to be on IV Clindamycin and IV Merrem at the same time? Currently my gut can't handle any more orals but I want to continue with the Clindamycin, just not orally. Thanks for any input.

If you are having gut problems related to clindamycin, I would be very hesitant of using it IV...it does not bypass the gut. It is the #1 offender for causing c diff (clostridium difficle). If you are having diarrhea, see an MD ASAP. If it is just causing gastic upset, perhaps using it IV will help.
