I use adderal.

ISOCORT is good. It boosts the adrenals. I have to use 1/2 pills at a time ' cause it really gives a boost. It can be purchased from endfatigue and also from pureformulas.

Wow--I haven't heard of any of these besides adderal. Have you been tested for vitamin deficiencies?

I supplement vitamins and take NT Factor and Cortex. This helps me tremendously with fatigue.

Check the adrenals and Thyroid for sure..

In the meantime NT Factor is one of the best by Researched Nutritionals.

Without knowing your cortisol levels take something natural for the adrenals like Energy Multiplex same company. I also like a homeopathic liquid that I cant think of right now?

I am not affiliated or benefit from Research Nutritionals

Fuel

I think the most important supplement for fatigue is D3 in gel or liquid form to raise one's Hydroxy 125 levels.

Low levels in the blood are common with Lyme (my daugher's was down to 17 and anything under 30 is deficient. The last check she was only up to high 40's level and our goal is to raise it and keep it in the 80's level.

Some of Dr. Hollick's work can be read at the reference below.

I supplement with 5,000 units a day (I think its $12 for a 150 gel (5,000 units each) bottle at Sams). We supplement our daughter with 4,000 units (my wife is not as strong a believer in this as I am).

thanks everyone. I have been on thyroid supplements for about 15 years now. I have also been dx with low vitamin D, so I also supplement with 5000 units a week, but Im still exhausted all the time.

the provigil was great at first, but wore off in a few months.

mamiJ,

5000 units a week does not sound like much for someone with a chronic disease. I do 10k per day because D is usually low in Lyme patients. I have read that Lyme patients may not be able to convert the sun's rays as easy as others so supplementation is very important.

All the Best, MattH

I asked this ? A while back. I add chia seeds ( I laughed when I read this, wondering if I was going to sprout into shrek or something from chia pets..)

I went to the health food store and asked what else I could put in the smoothies. I added veggie and protein powder, cause I am not a good veggie eater.

It is hard to be so tired. Have you been tested for mold? That is what I am being treated for since I am so tired, sluggish and overweight.....praying it helps with the weight!
Oh please oh please.

Do you rest when you can?
