Does anybody keep tracking of their meds really well???.. And supplements, probiotic's ,etc... I need a chalk board or something... what's working????

I never know when my sleep will be..

Also tightness in chest, lungs, wheezing, deep cough, again.. I thought I was done with this on new abx's ,, really suprised since Avelox is one of them...

It worked so well for that part last time......

I keep a little notebook for myself and my son. Every time we take anything - antibiotic, vitamins, supplemtents, probiotics, anything at all - I write it down with the time.

That wasy I can go back and see what we've been on.

I use the back of the page to keep track of symptoms.

I'm sorry you're feeling so awful.

i write everything (well, mostly) on a calendar.

I also write when I start or stop something.

otherwise, I would not be able to remember anything to tell the doctor!

I update an Excel spreadsheet. It has columns for the date, daily temp upon rising, symptoms, and on the far right column I keep track of any meds/supplements changes.

I have worksheet tabs showing date periods - ie I have one sheet for about 2 month period - so whenever I go to my next LLMD appt I start a new tab so I can tell him what changes took place since the last appt..

It helps to have a pill box with at least 4 slots for each day of the week. That way you can put in all your meds for the week. The only thing you can't put in there are your probiotics (refrigerated) but since you take those everyday it should not be not be too hard to forget!

I think my problem is that I can't seem to wake up early enough each day so all my meds schedule gets shifted back.

Well I have a spreadsheet that has all my meds/supplements w/ the time of when I should take them. After I take something I change the color of the text so I KNOW I took it. I cannot rely on my memory to tell me what I took or have not took for the day!

If I skip/miss something I add a note as too why? If I see a weird reaction I add a note. I would be lost w/out my spreadsheet!!
