Does anyone else feel worse in the morning, compared to late at night? In the morning my eyes are so cloudy and I feel so foggy. I have joint pain, and feel out of so out of it. Feel this way most of the day until late at night which is my best time. No one can explain this....

yes i agree symptoms are worst waking up!

morning stiffness, neuropathy like your body is still asleep even you woke up already then gradually gets better as you continue to move until evening

then waking up is crap again.

Story of the past three years, haha. Bartonella is supposedldy more active in the mornings and I compeltely agree with this. My mornings are hellish but by nightfall I finally feel better.

Get your cortisol levels checked!!! Many people have their levels reversed from what its' supposed to be.

Are you presently treating with antibiotics?

Do you notice any lessening or exacerbation of

symptoms(herxing)?

Just the opposite here. I'm best in the am and afternoon. Start to feel off at night.

Yes, yes, yes! That's exactly how I feel and it's nice to know I'm not alone. Thank you for asking this question.

What happens if your cortisol is reversed? How do you fix that?

Welcome and sorry you are going thru this. The insomnia I've had for over 9 yrs is I did feel better after midnight until around 10 am. I couldn't sleep knowing I wake feeling worse than when I go to bed. I'm not sure how all this will turn out for all you all.

Don't give up on yourselves so you will know more tomorrow by getting thru today. If your lucky and can remember what you did today, tomorrow. Lyme foggy and hurts maybe. Are you as confused as I am??? Kidding. No seriously are you???

Lyme has weird way with humans. We are all students and teachers. Happy REM dreams

One well known LLMD told me that if you feel sick in the morning it is often to toxins. Maybe you need to detox.

toxicity -- the liver does its work overnight

Take more binders before going to bed to "bind" as much of the neurotoxins as possible and preventing reabsorption and recirculation.

Binders and detox remedies:

Charcoal, chlorella pyrenoidosa, Chlorella vulgaris, betasitosterol, microsilica, DMG (dimethilglycine),
green clay, calcium bentonite living clay,
Biopure Lipo C, Mila Chia Seeds, Galactose, Cholestyramine, Biosil, cruciferous sprout, DIM

You will wake up feeling better if you take some of these before going to bed, and of course also during the day before meals.

Take care.

Can you take binders with your sleeping pills (Trazadone) and Nystatin?
