I know that there are many threads on this topic and I've looked at some. I've also just read a CS book which wasn't as helpful as I'd hoped. However, I have made the decisin that I would like to add the CS to my current regimen of ABX and herbals, primarily to treat Bartonella.
Of course I'm concerned about Argyria which is why I want a cautious but effective dose of one of the best commmercially made products. From what I've read here, Mesosilver is one of the better brands and taken at a dose of 1 to 2 tablespoons a day
I would love to hear from anyone who's had success with CS(esp. for Bart.) and who could supply information on length of therapy/brand/dose/precautions etc.

You can call the FDA. There is not 1 report of Agyria in proper made CS. CS made with salt or peroxide or other chemicals can turn you blue. CS made with electric and distilled water with .9999 will not turn you blue i have ingested over 70 gallon in 8 years. I have got m life back, antibiotics and herbs did nothing. CS boosts the immune system, etc. I did take antibiotics along with the silver. It kills intestinal parasites, etc. Youtube videos show how to make it. The Blueman added salt to his CS, thats why he turned blue. Another lady many years ago turned blue from using multiple chemicals, it was nowhere near what we speak of when we say CS today.
Silvermedicine.org is a good site.

There is lots of conflicting information about its effectiveness, but for pure safety I highly suggest purchasing high-quality laboratory-made types such as Mesosilver. With these, you won't have to worry about adulterants that can lead to argyria. I personally would stay away from "home-made" types and any basically created by a layperson in their basement yet sold as a professional product.
If you just want to give it a try, Mesosilver probably will be a good shot. Try to see if you can find an objective-as-possible metric to measure its results, if you are able. Dosages vary, but the standard 1-2 tablespoons is what Mesosilver recommends and will be a good place to start.
