This absolutely stinks. I like to have beer here and there but can't no more .
It makes sick and i even get a hangover after one beer a few hours after having one. It completely drains me. I heard it was comin with lyme.

Yep... makes it worse. May be causing candida/yeast for you also. That can give you a hangover effect.
So .. make sure you are following a sugar free diet .. no white foods.
and take high quality porbiotics

I haven't had a drink for 1 plus years. Last night I went to a concert...you know you have gotten a lot better when you can got to a concert!!
Well anyways, I was completely sober and I had a blast! And I feel good today! Not so bad. I don't think I even miss it anymore.

I will have a hangover for days if I drink. Hence, I haven't had one in a few years. It stinks, but you get used to it because the one night of fun is not worth the three days of hell.
