I have LYME with many co-infections, mg, calcium, potassium levels are fine. Diet consists of no sugar, caffeine, low lactose and gluten free diet Motrin, advil, tylenol Epson salt baths, resting and frequent movement is not helping. I have headaches and pain everywhere this pain keeps me awake at night. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED--thank you

Excedrin actually helps my headaches. I tried the expensive prescription stuff, too. The Excedrin worked better for me.

Pain is a difficult issue. I've been dealing with chronic pain for many years. It is not fun at all. Light exercise & using one of those Pilates balls & rollers is really helpful.

If it gets bad enough, you may want to consider pain meds. It's kind of hard to get them these days but there are studies that prove they really do help people with chronic pain issues.

They usually try to do everything but give you pain meds but if your problems gets bad enough - they sometimes are the only way to get relief & be able to function.

Despite what the media says - many people are actually undermedicated for pain. And I'm someone who is into herbal & alternative healing... I have tried just about everything alternative to get relief.

What about acupunture? Chiropractic? Massage?? My LLMD suggests something called prolotherapy--I have researched it a bit, and not sure that I would want to try it, but he says he has good luck with it. What about FIR sauna?? We just ordered one for 400 dollars off of Amazon, and I know quite a few have posted that you can get one for 200. . . Just some thoughts==I am interested to hear what others have to suggest
as well. . .
