I have been saving to buy a sauna for home to detox.
From researching I want get cedar wood and carbon heat.
This place has the best pricing I have found. Any feedback on the company or the unit I am considering would be great. I want to make sure if I am going to spend the money I get a good quality product.

Thanks for the reply. I thought from my reading that cedar was the best because its naturally resistant to bacteria and mold. I will have to look into that more.

Have you checked out Costco? Their customer service is always excellent and their quality and prices can't be beat!

It's best to buy a non-toxic sauna. The best one to meet that requirement(and the one recommended by my LLMD) is heavenly heat. Made of poplar, no toxic glue or stereo components and no particle board. http://www.heavenlyheatsaunas.com/

You may want to consider buying a used one if you can't afford new. You can wash it down prior to use.

I bought mine from West Coast Sauna. I have the Hemlock wood. They also do not use glues that heat and are toxic. http://www.westcoastsaunas.com/
I would think about getting Cedar as it outgasses. The odor is very strong. I would also like to know more about how the wood was treated or the treating process.

Thanks everyone. I think after doing some more reading I am going to go with a sunlighten model with ceramic and hemlock.
They are more expensive than what I was initially leaning towards and will take a little longer to save for but I would rather wait a little longer than rush into it.
