A friend of mine is able to purchase the $20,000 FDA approved PEMF machine for pain. She said once she is trained that she would use it on me if I wanted. Anyone have experiences with this machine that could give me some guidance or tell me the names of any practitioners she could call and chat with about using it with lyme patients? Or c diff patients, will it hurt the gut flora? Does anyone know?
She used it on her knees and was pain free for 24 hours... We think she has lyme and parasites in her knees. I think it will be amazing for her, just wondering if its worth trying for me or whether I risk killing off gut flora like I did using the zapper and another kind of rife machine earlier....

I have one and haven't been using it lately. I noticed a very mild improvement in my symptoms. It may help others more than it helped me. But for me, I'm ready to sell it. It's not a rife machine. I don't think it would hurt gut flora. It's very easy to use. If she buys it, she should get trained by the seller. We also talked to this lady about it.

Maybe I'll get mine out tonight and see if it makes me feel better since I'm at a different place in my treatment than I was last time I tried it.

I'm not sure of the answer about gut flora but I just wanted to mention that SOTA makes a cheap PEMF device you can use at home. I haven't tried it but in theory - it's supposed to be helpful for pain.
I think the SOTA device is about $300. I did have a magnetic matress pad. It's nice to use it but I didn't feel signifigantly different when I stopped using it. It wasn't pulsed, though. I think that may make a difference.

I think it's very helpful for us with Lyme. It can lower pain, boost energy and the body's electromagnetism. It stopped tinnitus for 6 hours after a treatment.

I have been getting treatments at a docs office, started twice a week, now down to once a week. It helps, no problem with gut flora. Intent is to help body's cells detox bad stuff and intake nutrients better, by properly magnetizing them.

Igor's Mom - is the machine you are talking about the PMT-100 from pemf.us? If so, I have heard good things and am just starting to use it myself on a regular basis. Still too early for any thoughts beyond that.

I am not a doctor. My guess would be yes, since I experienced it as a very temporary treatment lasting that day or the next.
