I woke up and was extremely dizzy and nauseous, like I was about to throw up. I went to sit on the couch and my ears starting ringing for a few minutes. The nausea lasted about 20 minutes and then subsided and now I'm at work feeling only slightly out of it.

I'm on Bicillin and Minocyn for the past few months which was helping me, don't know why this happened today.

I know I am under a great deal of stress, my mom just got diagnosed with cancer so I've had extreme anxiety for the past few weeks.

Related?

I don't know what to do, I see my LLMD on monday and made an appt with an ENT for next week as well.

I don't need any new symptoms right now [Frown]

I was hospitalized for severe vertigo (vomiting every 20 minutes). I couldn't leave my house for six weeks (not even to get the mail). Had it for 3 mos solid.

I tried all the pills the hospital gave me (did nothing). Tried physical therapy too (helped a little bit). The one thing that helped me the most was acupuncture. I would get it twice a week if I were you (until it's gone). I still get it (for lyme). It helps.

Little did I know I had lyme at the time though (when I had vertigo). Went undiagnosed for a few years.

Was it windy or otherwise stormy?

Minocycline is known to trigger vertigo and nausea. Even if you managed to do fine with it for a while, this could still be from that.

Overall toxicity can also trigger vertigo. You might want to reassess your liver support.

GINGER CAPSULES, magnesium and B-6 might help right now. And then you might seek out an acupuncturist as that can also be very helpful.

thanks Keebler-

not sure what you mean by windy or stormy...

I use milk thistle for liver support. I need to start taking my magnesium pills again. I take so much stuff that sometimes I forget certain items

Windy or stormy, uh, well, has it been windy or stormy WEATHER? That can intensify inner/middle ear issues big time, and also the resultant nausea.

oooh, weather has been ok I guess. I don't know what triggers what anymore. Everything is a jumble
