is tomato sauce - homemade with plum tomatoes, garlic and onion sauteed ok on the yeast free, sugar free lyme diet?

sounds delicious!
The only thing I would consider is making sure the tomatoes weren't canned. The acid in the tomatoes mixed with the aluminum, makes it one of the most toxic canned food.
