Tested positive for lyme and RMSF blood, infuenza, CMV and epstein barr virus through blood work. My ANA test came back 1:180 and I also had H pilori bacteria during endoscopy. Could LYMES cause all this?? Dr's are lost?

Lyme (no S), doesn't cause these things, as they are their own viruses.
Lyme effects the immune system, which can allow for other viruses and bacteria to go crazy-- think petry dish.
If you're Dr is stumped, you need to get an LLMD. This is something VERY common with Lyme and they are used to treating all of these things together. So you are not a rare case at all.

It is not unusual for a person to get lyme and RMSF at the same time, from the same tick bite.
Then, because lyme disease weakens your immune system, it is not unusual for a lyme patient to also get flu, CMV and epstein barr viruses.
Many, many people have h. pylori. It can be as high as 40% of the population. So, it is not likely related to lyme disease. It is just very common.
And, I would not worry about the ANA result at all. Many people are positive on that. It doesn't mean anything.
So, you are a rather typical lyme patient. You have a number of diseases.
Often, once you treat the lyme and RMSF, the viruses will be taken care of by the body itself.
You need to get to a good lyme doctor. Contact the lyme support groups in your state (see "Support Groups") on left side of the page. You can also post in "Seeking a Doctor" forum to hear from lymenet posters about good doctors.
