Hi there,

I'm looking into heavy metal detox supplements and am seeing that chlorella (cilantro or spirulina,) alpha lipoic acid, and EDTA seem to be mentioned a lot.

Can anyone give me advice on which are most important, or if all are? Is cilantro or spirulina chlorella best? Are there any other suggestions, for ex. I read mentions of coffee enema? Are there any OTHER supplements I can take, or procedures that can help (I already had my amalgam fillings removed?)

Also, if you have experience, please include doses of supplements taken.

Thanks! [Smile]

It depends a little on what you are detoxing. I do EDTA to detox lead. Other things are better for mercury (DMSA, DMPS). Look up Cutler. I think a lot of people like his methods.

What about a supplement called CheleX ?

I haven't tried it, but have been reading about it. It has DMSA, EDTA, cilantro, chlorella, and a few other detoxing things in it.

It is a good idea to use only metal detox agents that test positive with energetic testing. You will avoid many problems by using only what your body can tolerate at a certain time and for certain problems. Be especially careful with the agent that crosses the blood brain barrier, such as Cilantro, the only one that does. The body has to be ready for this in order to avoid moving metals in the wrong direction.

I would make every effort to find a practitioner who understands toxic metals and detox.

Take care.
