Thank you gejr1 for the help, obviously I've never done this.

I am interested in purchasing on of the Dr. K DVDs but if you ever looked at the prices they are not cheep. I was wondering if anyone has gained any traction using any of his protocols. Some of his ideas are far out there.

*edited to remove Dr name*

I watched Dr. K at a confernce that was on the internet at planetthrive. Yes, some things are out there. I do believe in his KPU testing and treatment. My son is doing this right now. I listened for an hour and took pages of notes. It all made sense when he talked of KPU.

He also spoke of Enhansa for Lyme and autism treatment and I have ordered this.

I'm sure many will respond.

Good luck!

I have some of the DVDs in German, they are excellent. I still think you need to do some of the actual courses if you still don't test energetically, as they are not that 'simple'. You need some practice. Buy the first course and check for yourself.

They will introduce you to all courses in details (if you have the series of 7-8 dvds per course), and you will 'understand' how he tests people. It takes a lot of experience to master these tests though...

Let us know if you buy them!

I have a friend who had Lyme very badly, she was sick for 10 years (started when she was 18). She couldn't walk, get out of bed, do anything.

She told me, a good day would be getting into the shower and feeling the water on her skin and maybe shed be able to sway her arms back and forth. So heart breaking. She is 100% better now.

She worked with Dr K's clinic and a few other alternative practitioners and is now living a normal life. So I would say yes! But I think for the genuine results you'd have to go see him, its not a one size fits all.

Thank you both for your answers and insight. I am ordering the Dvd "A Look beyond Lyme" and will let you know what I think about it.

I would still like to hear from anyone who has tried Dr. K and hear what their experience has been positive or negative.

I was treated with 2 of his followers, one considered his right arm in Germany. I went to remission a couple of times, but got bitten again (every year I get bites) or had a relapse sometime usually in winter.

I was getting better, I could reach remission with his treatments (very complex though), but I followed EVERYTHING to the letter.

My daughter also had lyme since she was 1 year old, same story, multiple bites, she always reached remission, but fell again sick on the next bite or due to relapse. We are both lyme free today.

I attribute great part to dr. K's treatment. I consider the guy a genius, he's very holistic and can tune treatments to each person, individually, and treat multilayered causes of disease. He's not God on earth, but he is PRETTY good, I'm a great admirer of his qualities as a doctor.

However, my borrelia went to full remission only after I added dr. W's treatment with photon therapy. Same as with my daughter. I kept relapsing after stopping treatments, but now it seems my remission is very long (it will be 3 years in May 2012).

I was very bad, same story, no shower for days because of lack of energy, no more ability to do simple calculations (like change after buying bread), forgetting my way when I was on the street, total fatigue, arthritis, neurolyme, babesia, light sensitivity, allergies, and all the heck you probably know.

I believe the combined treatments of both doctors put me in remission for so long! My daughter too (even though she had a short relapse last year, in Jan 2010). It took her only 3 weeks to go in full remission again, after photon therapy. She is still on full remission to this day.

I'm still crossing fingers she will pass this winter without a relapse!

For me, dr. K. is one of the best, I have no doubt. But I didn't have him as my doctor, but his followers, one in Germany, the other in Switzerland! What you got to keep in mind is that you need constant treatment (I visited them once every 2 weeks when I was very bad), and later spaced to once a month.

I find that after 2 weeks, I had to change the herbs and supplements to feel well. In average.
