Is anyone taking herbal drops like Byron White's formulations, or Samento/Banderol from Cowden's protocol, while on either metronidazole or tindazole?
While on those abx one is supposed to avoid all alcohol because it'll make one vomit. They actually give it to alcoholics to keep them from drinking.
Is there enough alcohol in the drops that I need to be concerned?
Thanks

I'm not taking Byron White, but I am taking other homeopathic remedies which contain alcohol, like Pekana with Tindamax.
This is what I do, and have never had a problem. Drop remedy into a glass and mix a little warm water. Let sit a few minutes, as the alcohol will evaporate. Then drink.

I take A-FNG and was on A-BAB plus other herbal tinctures with alcohol in them, I never had a problem.
I take herbal liquids on empty tummy, Tindamax/Flagyl w/food, so they are taken apart from each other in my case.
I don't mix in warm water, just room temp or cold, and i swish it in my mouth until its warmed up.

I take Tindamax and take several herbal drops which contain alcohol and it has never affected me.

Thank you all. I especially like the idea of letting the alcohol evaporate. I'll give it a try.

I second the others, but note that if you are pulsing tindamax you should try the herbal drops on a non-tindy day. I can't handle both in the same day, puts me to bed with dizziness and headache.

I take high dose A-Bart minutes after my Tindamax. No issues.
