I have burbur detox and directions say 10 drops in water until symptoms ease.

I'm confused, 10 drops in a glass of water and then repeat with more glasses of water each with 10 drops until you feel better?

or just sip on the one glass of water with 10 drops in it?

10 drops in a small amount of water for each dose. Use 1 dose every 10 minutes until better.. [Smile]

Per my llmd, you don't have to use it with water. You can just put the drops directly under your tongue....10 drops every 10 minutes for up to 3 hours.

im taking it 10 drops let sit for 1-2 mins in 4oz of water twice a day everyday
