does anyone here have hypglycemia (high insulin, low blood sugar) or insulin resistance? what did you do to treat it?

I'm hypoglycemic. I just control it with diet. I eat small, frequent meals and always keep something to snack on in my car and purse. I also eat a couple of teaspoons of raw, organic honey every day - honey helps to normalize blood sugar. Hope that helps!

I had hypoglycemia for a bit, right when I was getting off abx.
I started taking Holy Basil with meals, and cinnamin pills after I ate.
Eating many small, low carb meals throughout the day was a must until I got it straight. I always had a bag of nuts with me, and hard boiled eggs if I had a cooler.

Yes. I also keep it in check with diet. For me, I find that I need to eat no sugars or sweeteners (even fruit), no simple carbs or starches (even starchy vegetables), no grains.
Others do fine with some fruit and some starchy veggies or whole grains, but obviously still non of the simple carbs or sugars. It's good to get a sense of what you respond to. I definitely can't handle honey for example, but it's great that lymielauren has good experience with it.
Find out what foods help keep your blood sugar stable, and what throws it off. I should note that the first few weeks I changed my diet I felt pretty awful, as my body was addicted to the simple sugars. But then it got better.
When my blood sugar is very off, I've learned to a warm mug of chicken broth (sugar free, of course), and that helps nourish things calm my headache or whatever is happening.
Also, my doctor recently started me on a couple supplements that he said are for insulin resistance: Berbercaps by Thorne, and Niacinimide by Thorne. I don't know if it's helping or not, but thought I'd mention it.
