My son got bite by a tick a few years ago and never tested positive.
He still today has the bite mark and its itchy, red scaly, and stuff coming out of it.
family doctors seem to dismiss it.
any input on what to do.
I'm wondering if his sleeping problems ,adhd, social issues and many more are from this.

Have you seen a LLMD about this tick bite? If not, it may be worthwhile. What type of test was used to check for Lyme with your son? A lot of times, regular doctors use the ELISA test which misses a very large percentage of true positives.
One of the best places to be tested for Lyme is Igenex. It's also possible that he was exposed or has active co-infections which can be clinically diagnosed or tested for. None of the tests are 100% accurate, so a knowledgeable doctor is the way to go if there is any suspicion.

I believe there is a good chance. There are two kids right next to me who have gotten bit and whose mothers are complaining about ADHD and behavioral issues with their children.
One of them has reoccurring tummy pains and ear infections as well. At times she also looks sickly and she has bags under her eyes.
I have also read that a child in particular who got bit tested negative. When the mother was suspicious about the Childs aggressive behavior, they prescribed ABX's and the behavioral issues subsided.
One of the coinfections, Bartonella, are a likely culprit that can elicit such behaviors.

If this tick bite has been red, itchy and oozing for years, for goodness sakes, that's serious.

My Lyme rash recurs years after the bite, and standard docs have dismissed me too. Can you imagine? The bite site actually raises up along with the rash, just like when originally bitten.
You child should be seen by an LLMD. Don't mess around with the standard doc. They are pretty ignorant about Lyme.
The doctor should have treated the oozing with some type of antibiotic. That is so crazy.
One doctor told me that "he was not in the tick business".
