Can any one explain the differences between Grapeseed Extract (vitis vinifera) and Muscadine Grape Seed (vitis rotundifolia).

I am getting all kinds of reactions is the "NON-Lyme" community. What do you guys think. Is one better than the other?

What and which has worked for you and why you believe that?

Is there no one that can answer this. I am getting very confusing information.

One says this is fine to use, the other says it is a rip off.

I take grapeFRUITseed extract. I do not know anything about grapeseed extract.
