Anyone have a schedule template for taking abx 4 times per day along with supplements/detox/probiotics?
I usually charcoal in the afternoon and pectasol C before bed.
I take supplements and probiotics 2x per day.

I don't have a template, but would like one if anyone has one.
I do 6, 12, 6, 12 for my 4x per day antibiotics.
Then I do 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for my 2x per day supplements and probiotics.
If I don't think I can make it until midnight (hasn't been a problem for me because I'm rarely able to sleep) then I will push back each dose by 1/2 an hour or so and end up taking the last one at 11 p.m.
