I'm starting flagyl-ugh. On the weekends only-anyone just take mepron during the week (with biaxin?)

I take flagyl Mon. and Tues and Mepron everyday with Biaxin and Mino. So far it has been a good combo and I am up to about 80-85%. I still have night sweats but I am not sure it is from babs or something else. When I herx from lyme treatment I get night sweats too. Can you p.m. with the dose of flagyl you are on. Thanks
