HI guys. I'd like to know what kinds of dosages people are taking of cryptolepis.
I have been taking Crypto-plus for less than a week and I'm afraid to get my hopes up, but it seems like a game changer. I took it in the past and had to stop because I had a head to toe rash from Lomatium. My body was one entire welt. I'm trying it again then its on to Ivermectin.

I used to be 40 drop twice a day reduced to 40 drops cryptoplus and BLt once a day
Due to the rash all over my body which is now gone.

again, does the capsule form also work?/ Is this only for babs??
I thought I read somewhere it helps vascular issue, kinda like krill oil..

Buhner says to use 1 tsp 3x day of cryptolepsis tincture, not sure what the capsule dosage is.
