Deep muscle pain...calf, thigh, back, some times arm...Migrates .

What helps me with the migrating pain:

Nettle leaf (herbal supplement)

Homeopathic Causticum

Heat - heating pad, electric blanket, etc.

Killing the bugs

Razzle is this also the electrolyte issue.? [Roll Eyes]

Not for me. The dehydration/lack of electrolytes caused severely painful muscle spasms only (mostly in my back & legs), not the more mild migrating joint/nerve/muscle pain like Lyme/co's.

When I tried vitamins and juicing and binders and detox THE BUGS were reproducing and I lost all my muscles.I treated the bugs and the pain muscle spasm left.
Razle I have been sick for long as you .TREATMENT OF ALL COINFECTOINS with the correct length is important.AFTER 2 years and 1/2 I start beiliving I will live and not die.It takes time when you have had it for long.Just keep treating.Do not quit or take breaks LONG ONE over 6 months that I did as it is dangerous.TREAT all coinfections.

Calcium, magnesium, vit D, massage.

I think LD/TBDs cause chronic inflammation, which causes scar tissue and adhesions to develop in the muscles and fascia. Trigger point massage helped me tremendously. It breaks up the scar tissue and adhesions so the muscles can heal. Of course, you have to get the TBDs out of your system for the benefits of trigger point therapy to stick.

Yes! I had TERRIBLE issues with adhesions in my legs! My IT band was glued to my quads, and according to my physiotherapist, it felt like rice krispies when she massaged it. According to me it just felt painful!

Unfortunately, it you don't treat, the massages and therapy won't help long-term. I tried.

And, depending on where you are in your treatment, the intense therapies can be too intense.

So maybe try to some sort of massage or trigger point therapy, and see how it feels. It it makes you feel better, keep at it. If it makes you feel worse, save it for when you are done treating Lyme

Lyme causes elevated cytokines and mitochondria dysfunction. While not at all addressing lyme, this author explains how massage can help with both aspects:
