i have grapefruit seed extract but am afraid to take it. last time i tried it tore my mouth, throat and stomach up something awful.

how much water and how many drops??

Hmmm. It tastes gross, and I was told to ramp up to a full dose because it might give me die-off, but that was it.

At full dose I do 15 drops 3x a day. I do the 15 drops in a full glass of water.

Can you take GSE along with other abx/herbs/supplements/vitamins?

I take 3 capsules twice daily with food.

The capsules don't seem to bother my stomach. LLMD said they can be taken at the same time as my antibiotics.

NO way I can take that stuff either. OUCHY on the stomach.
