Just thought I would start this because of some of the talk. How about we name no more than (3) supplements you know without a doubt helped. I will start:
Thanks, if I read this right it has been 1 year so maybe good time for update. Already see from last time common for Vitamin D and Tumeric (which is in Inflamacore)

How did the brain product work from advanced bionutritionals? If it made a difference, in what way?
Thanks,

MSM has really helped my claw hand. Much better movement and when I woke up today I didn't even think about my hand at all... like the problem wasnt there, but it was, just a little bit. I've been on it for about 1 week. I cap my own to save money.

Grapefruit seed extract. I used it while on abx and it helped control yeast. I also got over borellia without a lot of cyst killers so it must have been effective against them too.
Specific Methy Cycle mutation supplements recommended for me are hydroxy B12, phosphytidylserene (or phosphytidylcholine) folinic acid, molybdenum and GABA. I just feel better on them.
Cortisol Manager - just started it about two weeks ago and I am sleeping much better.
Pregnenolone - this is the master hormone from which other are derived. When I was young and did not have lyme, it regulated my periods. The NP gave it to me again.

Berberine, I love my Berberine. Started it in Sept '13. Slowly, low dosage at 400mg.
Wow, what a herx reaction for 3 weeks. Upped it to 2 x 400mg daily after that healing crisis was over.
I've become abx resistant(scary thought) and 3 different abx wouldn't touch what was at first a simple urinary infection early in '13.
Suffered for months until Berberine finally wiped it out. Generally having more good days with this in my protocol.
Cardio visit tomorrow. Berberine is suppose to be good for lowering bad cholesterol numbers too. Lord, I hope so.
For those dealing with diabetes, there's really some great reading and results.
I'm about to increase my dosage to 3 x 400mg daily. One with each meal, it's makes me queasy if I don't take with a meal.
My hope is it will replace some pain medication that I would love to get off my list and liver.

Cholesterol dropped from 282 to 211!!!!!!! I believe my berberine is helping in so many ways.
Cardio doc was thrilled. He suggested I try Red Rice Yeast? I didn't tell him the berberine was also being tested on myself to see if it would lower my cholesterol numbers.
I'll tell him my secret in 6 mths. He told me new guidelines are coming out and it's not all about THE numbers. Change maybe?

Cactus juice. It helped me go from bedridden to having a pretty decent life. My pain level has improved and my energy is restored.
