OK, I just bought an Omega 8006 and am going to try juicing to add to my other complimentary attacks including my sauna that will arrive tomorrow. I would like to know how many juicers we have out their, whether it helps and what recipes for any symptoms and support such as detox, insomnia, inflammation etc. I bought the Omega 8006 after researching one that can do fruit, greens, and nuts.
Thanks

I'm not a juicer, but my husband's a chef and has been researching natural antioxidants. It seems that prickly pears would be a great ingredient due its antioxidant properties.
Pomegranate is an important antioxidant. Be sure you eat the fiber. It is as important as the nutrients in the juice. If you are not certain about pure organics, don't juice, because you get the insecticides and pesticides multifold.
That's when I stopped juicing. I realized I was fighting a losing battle because I really never could tell for certain that the large amount of produce is really really clean and without environmental toxins.
If you add the sauna, that help detox and redistribute some of the toxins. So timing of sauna is important and not doing it in the early part of the detox phase. Detoxing and not adding more is more important than much else.
Take care.

Start slow-- is my first advice. YOu get all excited, but its like medicine too, so too much can be bad.
Stick with veggies and limit any fruit or sugary veggies-- beets, or carrots. I usually stick with greens, and add some carrots in just for flavor. You can get organic veggies at Costco, which is the best bet since you go through them so quickly.
