I have read so much about how dhea, and hydrocortisone and other "bio-indentical" hormones either DO or DO not effect lyme patients.
Anyone care to chime in on the potential side effects of natural hormone therapies like pine pollen? I note that I once took hydro-cortisone isolated from yams and it indeed made me feel very weak and ill. thanks, j

I believe that Stephen Buhner recommends it for a few months for those with severe muscle weakness.
Identifying Environmental Illness and Mold Exposure in Patients with Persistent Lyme Disease.
Lisa L. Nagy, MD Video $15.
(She is NOT A LLMD, however, she understands the kind of toxicity issues faced by many with lyme. She did not have lyme but overcame very serious MCS. She spoke at the recent ILADS conference.
It's a great presentation to see. The DVD can be ordered. Great detail about toxicity issues also here:

But my main question is has anyone tried it?
I mean Burriscano said always avoid any steroid that might suppress the immune system- including bio-identital Hydro-cortisone.
Indeed there seems very little patient experience about pine pollen, I'm very concerned about taking it and suppressing my immune system and diving back to severe full blown lyme and babesia- I've already come so far in recovery. I wish there were more patient experiences with it. j
