Has anyone noticed headache relief after taking coconut oil for some time?
Recently started coconut oil (about 2 weeks ago) and I have noticed that the headaches are not nearly as often and not as bad.
Wondering if it's a coincidence or has anyone else noticed or heard of coconut oil helping?

Maybe it's thinning the blood? or reducing inflammation?

Absolute new be to lyme world but just f.y.i.:
Not from lyme related knowledge but interesting:
My understanding is that coconut oil is antibacterial. My holistic nutritionist friend uses it in baking to extend shelf life, also she recommended that if we use it a lot to be sure to take probiotic to counter act the good bacteria die off.
