Ketek beat my liver up, so after a 2 week med break I'm gonna try the mino/rifampin combo. Just curious If any knows how heavy it is on the liver before I dive in.

Most antibiotics (really, even many other Rx, too) can be hard on the liver so it's important to have liver support all through treatment (just time supplement away from Rx).

Liver support is absolutely essential to help the EARS when taking minocycline.

Some do fine with it but, for many, it can cause tinnitus (ringing) /& or vertigo. Certain liver support might help.

Milk Thistle, B-6, Magnesium, Ginger,

More about that here, with a section on liver support options.
