Heart rate 86. Am I ok?? Is this caused by herxing ?

My blood pressure has always been close to that my whole life and I'm 30 now. The heart rate is a little high, but I wouldn't be worried about it. Can you consult with your LLMD if you're worried? Mine emails.

I think it's my blood sugar. I hadnt eaten. Just found out that I have hypoglycemia too. I wonder if that can cause low blood pressure

Mine is low too. I wonder if it's related to my dehydration. I keep coming up low for sodium also (ugh).

my doc, not a lyme specialist, believes this is a sign of low adrenal function

interestingly, i just read low bp can also be helped (increased) by drinking less water and eating more salt (I would assume the good sea salt)

Mine has been like that for a while! I wonder if I should ask my llmd about that?

A heart rate between 60 and 100 bpm is considered normal. My bp ran too low, around 90/60 until IV antibiotics. Good luck.

The doctor told me to take my BP sitting down, then stand up and take it.

If it drops, then you could have adrenal fatigue.

If your adrenals are normal, then the BP should go up when you stand.

Obviously, there are many factors that can affect BP, but this is one thing to consider.

I just took my B/P and its 126/92 and my HR is 84. That is the lowest my heart rate has been in a VERY long time. Usually it is up in the high 90's low 100's.

That's strange, Michael! The nurses at cardiac rehab always tell me to go drink water when I show up there with low BP.

I've always had a low bp and heart rate, could that be adrenal issues? My heart rate is usually right below or at 60.

My blood preasure has been low for decades due to babesia.

Treating babesia made my blood preasure to be at the normal range first time ever. The blood preasure went to normal levels after 6 months on treatment for babesia.

Yes I was not diabetic or hypoglucemic but severe babesia -lost weight and all muscles of my body and took even blood transfusion .For all that time blood preasure was at the lowest ever.I used to pass out.Even in Iv fluids and antibiotics.
