Generally when I get crushing fatigue I can tell it's from killing too fast, congested liver, etc.
Epsom salt baths help this. Is it because the magnesium supports detox? E.g. mag precursor to glutathione in liver
Because I'm not sweating enough for that to make much of a difference imo. Seems to be the magnesium

this would help me also....anybody????? fatigue stops most thing's, pain gets the rest..
so I don't get far, do much, and can't seem to over-ride it...
I was happy cause I got down stairs to living . room last night,, name is appropriate ,when stuck in bedroom for hours/days on end
felt like some life...
I feel like I'm whining to much and should just throw clothes on and go somewhere....even Walgreen's,
Then get up to eat and answer maybe 2 calls and back to bed must go.
i did a big detox 2 months ago, guaranteed would feel 50% better,,,felt 5% for two days and then big crash....
what is this fatigue about and lack of drive to be able to get out door...missed another derm appt. ,, Posted by Truesun (Member # 19735) on :
Hi Nonna05,
I know for me the crushing fatigue always means yeast overgrowth. When I really can't do anything I know I need to hit the yeast hard. I believe its the poisons from it that really get me and it always flares up during detox.
I have my emergency Diflucan and Nystatin and Olive leaf, Caprylic acid,, Garlic, etc when it hits. Nothing like an enema to pull it out too. Raw garlic is great if you can stomach it.
Hope this helps

I don't believe magnesium is a precursor to glutathione in the liver. It is an important component of vitamin D receptors though, I believe 4 magnesiums to each receptor, and maybe one or more of the enzymes that catalyze the glutathione synthesis pathway needs magnesium... N-acetyl cysteine is a precursor to glutathione.

Magnesium (epsom salts) supports detox.
Epsom salts have traditionally been used to "DRAW" infections out of wounds. People often soak their feet in a warm bucket of epsom salts when they have foot injuries. Veterinarians use it the same way on horses.
ARE YOU TAKING DR. B's RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTS??
One of the most important supplements he recommends is something called NT FACTOR.
NT is actually phosphatidylserine - which feeds the cells' mitochondria and helps them to produce energy. Dr. B says Lyme patients see an "impressive" improvement in their fatigue symptoms after about 3 weeks of taking NT Factor.
Also, If you are not taking B-Complex Vitamins, these "anti-stress" nutrients are important for regaining energy and stamina. They are BASIC nutrition - and most people in the U.S. have a deficiency in Bs because the foods that might supply them are typically stripped of these nutrients in processing.
