i am going for a colonoscopy tommorrow and my white tongue since two weeks is getting much worse....i think my problem is candida! i need to change my diet and fast! my stomach aches and gas like crazy and brain fog and queasy feeling...i not on any meds for the last 5 months..yeast is no fun!

No, yeast is no fun. Either is a colonoscopy!
Different people use different things for yeast. I get the liquid nystatin.
