It's just easier to use an official teaspoon to measure it out, holding it over the glass of water.

Who can hold their attention span long enough to even count to 120 drops?

But start with just one drop a day for the first day or two. Increase in increments.

I've tried this approach many times but always loose track early on. But, if you are trying to figure out how long a bottle will last, empty the dropper and then count using water to fill an official teaspoon (as opposed to one out of the spoon drawer).

The general rule for herbal tinctures is that a dropper is 30 drops and 5 droppers is 150 drops which equals 1 teaspoon.

A one ounce bottle is 30 ml or 30 droppers.

One teaspoon is 5 ml so a one ounce bottle is only 6 teaspoons.

I always just use full droppers for hubby and don't bother counting drops and it usually works out pretty accurately.

One teaspon = 5ml
1ml of water=20drops
Pure water has one ml=20drops
in other solutions it depends on the viscosity.
