I am so confused...I recently had a bone marrow done, which shows I have Hypocellular marrow with suggestive features of low grade myelodysplasia.huh!
He check for Iron store, Lyme and MDS.

I have been feeling very weak and my body has migrating pain. My ferritin level is 1445, but the rest is normal.

Then he told me to take 325mg of aspirin, 3cups a day of cilantro and cucumber. huh! I thought I was on candid camera.
Scratched his head and said to see him in two months.

I am so very confused. He doesn't seem the slightiest bit concerned. Should I be?

Thanks to all.

Have you had the genetic tests for Hemochromatosis ?

And a full Iron Panel, including Transferrin saturation?

Doc tested for Hemochromatosis..negative
Iron total 35
iron binding capacity 369
%aturation 9
I think iron binding is transferrin.

I have been trying to research this stuff, all day. I am so confused.
Both of my Aunts died of Multiply mylenoma.
I don't know what to think.
Thanks all.
