For those of you who have gone dairy and gluten free. Could you share what symptoms have been relieved by cutting out dairy and gluten?
My doc suggested I cut these both out a while ago but it has seemed like it would be hard to do.

Definite mood lift for me when I went GF
With dairy free I am less congested. It is not difficult but it does take some sacrifices . I think most people are willing to continue if they feel some relief from it.

I had a huge decrease in overall joint/body pain. Was doing gluten free, but finally added dairy free, egg free, no bananas (all problems for me based on testing).

Gluten-Free = no more monthly cramps, migraines. Also, bowels were less slow...
I'm not completely dairy free. But if I eat too much dairy, I feel nauseated (methylation issues, possibly lactose also).
Was dairy-free for 14 years but never saw any changes when I re-added dairy back to my diet at the end of the 14 years. So I don't think dairy is a problem for me.

Going off dairy got rid of congestion for me (still get some sinus pressure, but doc says that's bart).
I never really noticed anything going off the gluten, but after looking at Razzle's post (forgot about migraines), I definitely have not had even one migraine since I went gluten free. That alone is worth it.
My lyme doc said that almost every lyme patient he has is allergic to dairy, and he said he would be surprised if I wasn't. He told me to quit all dairy. I was so tired and overwhelmed (intake apt) that day, I forgot to ask him why, though.
I agree with hammer, too. My body pain is minimal now (gluten free).
