I feel like my LLMD does not have me on enough of a malarone dosage. I would really appreciate if anyone could pm me with what is the standard dose?

I take 3 pills in the am and 3 pills in the pm, but that is because I am also on Rifampin which counteracts the effect. The usual dose is two pills am and pm. However I was once put on just one pill a day by another LLD.

Malarone is like a wonder drug for me. It works great on that high dose. Remember to take it with about 15 grams of fat, and it's best to take it with Zith or Biaxin as well.

Thanks everyone! I do take zith also and eat it with almond butter, hopefully that is okay fat?
